On May 5th 2010, Mauritian Jean Jacques Vallet of Allee Des Cypres, Floreal, Mauritius, posted his notice in Nation Newspaper expressing his intentions of applying for Seychellois citizenship.
Vallet says he is entitled be a Seychellois because "I am the Chief Officer of Constance Hotels in charge of Lemuria and Ephilia Projects, both 5-star tourism establishments and I have been actively involved with the projects. In the course of my work, I have developed an affinity with Seychelles and its people."
This application is insulting and patronizing to the Seselwa Rasin people. It is fraudulent on its face since, in The Mouvman's opinion, it fails to establish any "special circumstance" that it claims exist. For this reason alone, it should be categorically rejected. Moreover, granting citizenship to any foreigner on the basis of their employment and their "affinity" for the "Seychelles and its people" is patently absurd.
It is believed by some Seselwa Rasin that the establishments which employ Vallet are connected with the PP Collaborator leadership from the national level to the local level on Praslin island Seychelles, where Lemuria Hotel is located. Moreover, it is well known in Praslin that these establishments have what are believed to be extensive business connections with close family relations of the PP Collaborator MNA's representing Praslin in the National Assembly, the legislative body of Seychelles. Given these facts, this application, in The Mouvman's opinion, has a strong whiff of corruption associated with it, as is the case for many application previously submitted by current Fabrtike or counterfeit Seychellois.
What is also clear is that the PP Collaborator counterfeit citizenship machine is in full swing to create as many Fabrike as they can in anticipation of the coming election. The cumulative impact of all the Fabrike created by the PP Collaborators and the fraudulent voters they are likely to place on the electoral role will be the deciding factor in any election in Seychelles. These fraudulent and Fabrike voters are estimated to represent up to 15% of the total persons likely to vote and approximately 30% of the total votes cast for the PP Collaborators whose claimed margin of "victory" is between 2-4% of the voting public.

Leonard Gill,
ReplyDeleteWe are becoming sick and tired of being sick and tired of your far-fetched accusations and attacks on the Parti Lepep Government of Seychelles.
Right now, Great Britain can learn a lesson from Mr. Gappy the Electoral Commissioner. The Brits wants to teach the Afghans how to hold proper elections but in the last few hours, thousands upon thousands of British Voters were turned away from the polling Booths because they were still queing when the Poll closed; their names were not on the rolls; and they even run out of ballot papers. Nappa balot paper?. ou le dir moin ki nappa n'ariv Lengleterre?. Engle in fini araze foutou et la Parliament in gagne pann en sel kou in these hard economic times as England faces massive deficits worse than Greece.
Arrhhhh wee wee wee TI Kreol Le O.
Well, the certainly can learn how to rig an election from Happy Gappy, that's for sure. Again Tikolor, you are comparing apples with pears as usual, but we forgive your ignorance. Can you tell us how many lewgible voters there are in UK and it's territories? And how many in Seychelles?
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I sem to recall a mess during the last election too, something about voters in one district being registered in another due to some mess by Gappy. You remember that?

TIKLO:
ReplyDeleteYou say you are sick and tired of being sick and tired of The Mouvman's attacks on the PP Collaborators. Well we Seselwa Rasin are sick and tired of being sick and tired of you and your PP Collaborator friends selling out our country to Fabrike like Krejcir, Ramadoss and Jeyasingh and to foreigners like Khalifa.
What's the matter TIKLO, a free press too much for your old bones to take? Get used to it TIKLO, the internet is here to stay.
Get out of the way TIKLO, while there is still time, and let us Rasin-ists bring home Sesel Pou Seselwa. Something your friend Rene the Butcher promised but betrayed to fill his and his families pockets.
You are fond of saying this country does this or that in a horrible way so look at us Collaborators, we are not that bad. Why do you insist on comparing us to the worst the world has to offer rather than the best? We want to do things right in our homeland especially when it comes to our Electoral Register. Gappy as Electoral Commissioner is responsible for the conduct of free, fair and transparent elections. So far he has not lived up to his responsibilities. He must do so or be held accountable.
