TALKING POINTS - Recovery of the Stolen Seselwa Rasin Patrimony

By: Leonard Francis Gill

"Any gains or any other assets or rights accumulated by any person who obtained them or any part of them by any bribes, insider dealings or any other fraudulent or illegal means shall be forfeited to the Government of Seychelles in addition to the imposition of any applicable criminal or civil penalties." The Rasin-ist Creed.

We in The Mouvman, with the help of the Seselwa Rasin people are committed to recovering the stolen patrimony of our homeland from the PP Collaborator leaders and their accomplices who have stolen it from us.

We will spare no effort, we will spare no resources and we will take whatever time is necessary to accomplish the recovery of what rightfully belongs to the Seselwa Rasin people. And we will go to whatever corner of the world is necessary to accomplish this mission. There will be nowhere for the culprits to hide from us.

Those who have aided the PP Collaborator leaders to steal the patrimony of the Seselwa Rasin people will not be immune. If any person received any part of this illicit wealth, or if they have participated in hiding any part of this illicit wealth, we will prosecute them for money laundering and for the violation of any other applicable laws. Additionally we will ask whatever foreign country with jurisdiction over laundering crimes committed in their countries related to the theft of our patrimony, to prosecute the culprits as well.

It must be clear to everyone, especially our leaders, that the patrimony of the Seselwa Rasin people is not their private property. It must be clear to our past and future leaders that when the Seselwa Rasin patrimony is entrusted to them, it is only for the benefit of the Seselwa Rasin people and not for them to use for their private enrichment and aggrandizement.

The Mouvman is ready to undertake this long and difficult effort, but we cannot do it alone. We need the support of the Seselwa Rasin people. If you are with us and support us in the effort, we will get the job done.

  1. We can start with St,.Anne Island given to Francis Savy and company for SCR 1.00, for the remainder after the Beachcomber lease was done.

Then we can look at lovely Felicite ISland another scam lease to Gregoire for measely SCR 10,000 per year, then bequethed to Francis Savy.

This island's name has been changed, to hide the scam. ZIL PASYON! He calls it.

another Seselwa Rasin can add another scam.

  2. -Ex-Tracking Station to Al-Kalifa for the same price (plus all the other parcels for which I have not heard any information on the price paid to the state).
-How much was paid to the State for the Cap Ternay site?
-How much did Al-Thani (not the one who died), of Qatar, pay for the SDC land at Anse a la Mouche?
-Let us not talk about Coetivy (etc.) and Siva for the moment.
-How much of the money for the lease of Eden island was received into the country's coffers? I have not seen any evidence of anything having been received.
-Let's also not talk about the 4.5 million USD for the Perseverans housing project, which disappeared in Dubai....
-Here is another possible candidate: who actually owns the Sepec tankers?
OK, it's someone else's go to add more scams: Next Rasin, sivouple.
(Sorry to have to post as "Anonymous", like a coward, but I don't want to lose my nuts.)

  3. Scams? Now let's see:

    1. The road diversion at Sunset that caused a bit of mayhem in Glacis a while back. Project was stopped after protests, but no news of it. Apparently planning denied it, but someone high up gave the 'go' signal. Any news there? Mind you, the owner of Sunset can supposedly be defined as a Fabrike despite his may years in Seychelles running a business on stolen funds from his previous employer.

    2. The lovely Ukrainian fortress at North east Point.

    3. Permission for Khalelefa tobuild a multi storey palace when the law in Seychelles mutters soemthing about 'no higher than a palm tree'. I guess me must have used to the top of a palm on Morne Seychellois as datum point.

    4. The Krejcir saga, authentic false passport etc, allowing Krejcir to drive 2 cars with the same numberplates. Letting KJrejcir get away with the posession of firearms in his home etc.

    5. Allowing Khalelefa to import duty free, money well needed for the country.

    Anything I've missed?
